Pearlobond(Phosphated starch) is our premium product for Foundry and Refractory paint coatings. It is being used for its special heat resistance properties, since many years.
This higher viscosity cold water soluble binder is used to give good green bond strength and known for its special property to withstand higher temperatures as required in foundry and Refractory.

ORGOBIND-P (Textile Sizing Binder)
ORGOBIND-P is a candidate from our ORGOBIND series of innovative binders having a balanced viscosity. This product has excellent penetration and coating properties to give a powerful and efficient sized yarn.
This product effectively replaces PVA in 1:1 ratio. This product is used as binder for Cotton, Polyester-cotton blend, and Poly-viscose yarns.
Good hairiness control, good abrasion resistance, soft feel to the yarn, excellent increase in yarn strength and minimal loss in elongation are the properties of ORGOBIND-P.

ORGOSIZE-KC60 is a one shot sizing agent for cotton, Polyester-cotton (PC) and Poly-viscose (PV) yarns of 60s count and above. This sizing agent have better penetration properties as required for high count yarns. It has required yarn sizing enhancers.
External softener is required. External binder is added as per requirement of beam construction.
